The Stranglers announce ‘51’ Autumn UK Tour 2025

Legendary rock outfit The Stranglers will return to Bristol this autumn as part of their “51” UK Tour, with a highly anticipated show at the Bristol Beacon on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.

The gig comes hot on the heels of the band’s 50th anniversary celebrations in 2024, proving that more than five decades on from their punk-era breakthrough, The Stranglers remain as vital as ever. Fans can expect a career-spanning set, drawing on classics, deep cuts, and newer material, delivered by the band’s current line-up: Jean-Jacques Burnel, Baz Warne, Jim Macaulay, and Toby Hounsham.

Joining them as special guests are fellow punk icons Buzzcocks, who will bring their trademark energy and hits such as “Ever Fallen in Love” to the Bristol stage.

The concert takes place in the Beacon Hall, with doors opening at 7pm and the night running until around 11pm. The event is set up with standing areas in the stalls and reserved seating in the tiers, giving fans a choice between being in the thick of the action or enjoying the show from above.

Tickets, originally priced between £38 and £55 including fees, have already sold out, underlining the enduring appeal of both The Stranglers and Buzzcocks.

The Bristol Beacon — recently refurbished and widely praised for its acoustics and accessibility — will provide a fitting backdrop. Facilities include wheelchair spaces, assistive listening systems, and nearby transport links, with Trenchard Street car park only 200 metres away.

The Stranglers’ “51” Tour spans the UK this autumn, but for many in the West Country, the Bristol Beacon show will be a standout chance to celebrate one of Britain’s most influential bands in full flight.
